 The second phase of the Mersey Waterfront programme will bring increasing investment to the coastline, channelled into a series of important and visionary projects, in strategic places.
These will form the backbone of the second phase of Mersey Waterfront’s rennaissance with activity targeted to strike the balance between urban regeneration, leisure and tourism and the protection of natural resources.
Identified strategic places will include; Brand New Brighton, Pier Head Ferry Terminal, River of Light and Coastal Places, Open Spaces.
